Esha Creations Shipping Policy

1. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
2. Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days depending on your location.
3. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
4. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1899. For orders below ₹1899, a shipping fee of ₹150 will be applicable.

Esha Creations Return Policy

1. Check the individual return policy along with the overall return policy guidelines.
2. Return request must be initiated within 8 hours from the receipt of the article.
3. Articles on combo offers cannot be returned.
4. A return request can be initiated online by the customer from Account → Orders → View Order Details for any delivered order.
5. Products whose billing price after discounts and coupons applied is above ₹599 are eligible for return.
6. A return request will be approved only if accompanied by a clear picture of the issue being reported.
7. A return request will be approved only if it falls under the following categories:
   1. Received a different product than ordered
   2. Received broken product
   3. Received a completely different colour than ordered
   4. Or for similar valid reasons
8. Esha Creations reserves the right to approve or reject any return request.
9. Once the return request is approved, the product must be packed properly in the original packaging along with all accessories and invoice.
10. The article will only be picked up from the address where it was delivered.
11. Once the returned article reaches the Esha Creations warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. If the item is used, damaged, different, or without original packaging/invoice/accessories, the refund may be refused.
12. Esha Creations reserves the right to process or refuse any refund after completing the quality check.
13. In case of prepaid orders where the parcel is not collected after multiple courier delivery attempts, refund will be processed only after the parcel returns to the warehouse (this may take 15–20 days).

Refund Processing for Returned Articles

1. Refund will be issued via the original mode of payment.
2. Refund processing will be done within 2 working days after the returned goods pass the quality check.
3. For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account via NEFT / RTGS / IMPS.
4. Refunds will reflect in your account within 10–15 days from the date the refund is processed.
5. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
6. If the order was shipped with free delivery, one-way shipping charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Esha Creations Cancellation Policy

1. An order can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order or before shipping is scheduled with the courier agency, whichever occurs first.

Cancellation by Esha Creations

1. Esha Creations reserves the right to cancel any order if the address is incomplete or lacks required details.
2. An order may also be cancelled if the product cannot be shipped due to reasons beyond our control.
